Joseph D. Fairbank
Joe grew up on a cattle ranch in Montana. He earned his bachelor’s degree in English from Brigham Young University in 2010, then attended the prestigious University of Virginia School of Law until 2014. In law school, he served on two law journals, including the Virginia Tax Review, and worked part-time for a local law firm. He traveled to Idaho each summer for legal internships. Joe began his legal career in southwestern Montana, working in a general practice setting. Since joining the firm, he has focused his practice on business formation and succession, estate planning, and elder law. He is a member of WealthCounsel, ElderCounsel, and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), as well as local bar and community groups dedicated to quality planning services.
