Harlow J. McNamara

Harlow is a Senior Member of the Bar and retired from practice.

Harlow practiced law for over 30 years. He had extensive experience in large and small cases involving estate planning and business succession planning. He developed innovative plans utilizing will, revocable living trusts, irrevocable life insurance trusts, charitable trusts, family limited partnerships, limited liability companies, corporate recapitalizations, and dynasty trusts. He was also counsel for an international seed business for 15 years.
