Derek holds a B.S. in Business Management from Brigham Young University-Idaho. He pursued graduate studies at the Huntsman School of Business at Utah State University, earning a Master’s in Human Resources (MHR) and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA). Derek furthered his education at Penn State Dickinson School of Law.
His professional experience spans multiple sectors, including roles at Ball Ventures LLC, Utah State University Human Resources, the Salt Lake County District Attorney’s Office, and Goldman Sachs.
