Winston is a Senior Member of the Bar and retired from practice.
Winston began practicing law in Idaho in 1967. Winston developed a high level of expertise in business structuring and organization, antitrust issues, healthcare, employment law, and protecting trademarks and trade secrets.
Winston served as vice president and general counsel for a national food company; as chairman of the board for a local financial institution; and as chairman of the Idaho State Bar Business and Corporate Section. He combined practical business advice and documents drafted in straight-forward business language with a thorough knowledge of business laws and aggressive negotiating and litigation strategies.
The business activities of his clients often covered the entire United States and some foreign commerce.
