Our Business Team regularly engages in the negotiation and preparation of all kinds of leases for landlords and tenants, including ground leases, build-to-suit leases, office leases, retail leases, industrial leases, and subleases.

We represent clients seeking financing. We advise clients on current methods and alternatives in real estate financing and assist in the structuring and documentation of real estate mortgages, trust deeds, contracts of sale, and other financing transactions, such as sale-and lease-backs.
Partnership & Joint Ventures
We have experience in structuring and documenting limited liability companies, real estate partnerships, and joint ventures.
Land Use Regulations We have experience in land use regulation and in project permitting before local government entities.
