Our attorneys are experienced in prosecuting and defending mortgage foreclosure actions from the initial demand and notice of default through the exercise or expiration of statutory right of redemption.
Non-Judicial
We have served as successor trustees to foreclosed deeds of trust and assisted commercial and individual trustees through the process. We have also represented deed of trust grantors relating to the grantors’ rights before and after notice of default and election to sell has been filed by the trustee throughout the process until sale. We will assist the deed of trust beneficiary in the process to be sure the trustee follows the statute correctly.
Liens
We prosecute and defend labor and material liens. We assist contractors in filing proper lien claims for unpaid labor and material. We represent owner’s whose properties have been subjected to lien claim filings. We handle claims from the filing of the claim through the litigation to sale and redemption claim.
