Martindale Hubbell Bio

Winston is an attorney and shareholder here at Beard St. Clair Gaffney and has been practicing law in Idaho since 1967. With over 40 years of experience, Winston has developed a high level of expertise in business structuring and organization, antitrust issues, and health care related matters.

As a member and past chairman of the Business and Corporate Law section of the Idaho State Bar, Winston has been actively involved in trying to improve Idaho's LLC laws. He has written recommendations, met with NCCUSL representatives and drafters and other LLC attorneys throughout the United States, reviewed LLC laws of all other major business states, and has been involved in numerous cases involving LLCs in both state and federal courts. Winston is admitted in Idaho and Washington.

Litigation involving the following business and commercial issues: prosecuting or defending wrongful terminations and discriminations; refusals to lend; franchisee, distributorship, and multilevel sales terminations; business defamation; breach of contracts; fraud, securities and RICO claims; trademark, trade-dress, and trade secret infringements, protective covenants and other employment claims, and antitrust claims.
