Nathan joined the firm in August of 2006 after moving back to his home town of Idaho Falls from Washington D.C, where he served positions for Members of Congress from Idaho and as a lawyer/lobbyist at a downtown D.C. law firm. Nathan brings to the firm extensive experience in state and federal legislative and regulatory services for clients. His legislative and regulatory background includes many areas such as water, environment, health, tax, agriculture, trade, and military. Since joining the firm, Nathan has expanded his practice to real estate transactions and litigation, business entity formation and operations, and non-profit organizations. Nathan also has strong political ties to the area and has managed local and statewide campaigns. Nathan currently serves as the finance chairman for Region VII of the Idaho Republican Party (constituting 10 counties) and as the youth chairman for the Bonneville County Republican Central Committee. Nathan is also actively involved in other important organizations within the community. He legally formed and is acting as counsel for two new non-profit associations representing key interests in the area, the Eastern Idaho Water Rights Coalition and the Eastern Idaho Apartment Association.
