Lance, who recently joined Beard St. Clair Gaffney as a shareholder, has been practicing law in Idaho Falls for over 10 years. His practice is centered around the agriculture and health care industries. Lance has assisted agricultral business clients with state and federal regulatory issues and the purchase, sale and preservation of farms. He has also represented clients on water issues. Within the health care industry, Lance has successfully represented clients in litigation and compliance issues, as well as, in the purchase and sale of medical practices and has worked with the State of Idaho on reimbursements issues. In addition to these areas, Lance will also provide criminal defense and family law services.
