Bio

John joined Beard St. Clair Gaffney PA in 2006 and is a member of the litigation team. He practices in the area of commercial litigation and has considerable experience in complex tort and contract litigation, agribusiness, employment, and construction litigation. John has written multiple appellate briefs to both the Idaho Supreme Court and 9th Circuit and has successfully argued before the Idaho Supreme Court.

Prior to joining the firm, John interned at the Department of State at its embassy in Prague and attended law school at the University of Kansas School of Law.
