Dan is an attorney and shareholder of Beard St. Clair Gaffney and practices in the firms Rexburg office. Dan focuses his practice in the area of health and employment law. Having recently returned from Chicago where he studied the current and upcoming changes in health laws such as STARK, Anti-Kick Back, HIPAA, ERISA, Medicaid and Medicare, Dan is up to date on the most recent changes that are essential in representing physicians, physician groups, and health entities.

Dan is licensed to practice law in Utah, Idaho and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. Dan enjoys teaching law classes as a part-time faculty member of Brigham Young University - Idaho.
